After submitting, we'll follow up to confirm your desired vehicle specifications and check if any incoming inventory matches what you want. If a vehicle is not in transit or available, we will arrange to submit your order.

Can I use the Vehicle Request form for Pre-Owned vehicle requests?

Absolutely, fill in the required contact information and provide the model your looking for in the Comments field. A sales associate will contact you to discuss the full details of your Pre-Owned vehicle search.

What's the process to order a new vehicle from the factory?

  1. Contact BMW of Dallas about the vehicle you are interested in and arrange a time to create your order.
  2. Meet with a sales team member to discuss options and configure your vehicle. Review pricing and any available incentives, pay your custom order deposit, then finalize and submit your order.
  3. Once your vehicle has been built, it will be transported to our dealership. When your vehicle arrives, it will undergo a Pre-Delivery Inspection by one of our factory trained service technicians.
  4. Lastly, it's time to come and pick up your new BMW.

How long does ordering a BMW take?
